Great place to stay Very nice. Have stayed twice. Did read reviews before booking don't really know what people who gave bad reviews were talking about . Will be staying there in the future and bringing others with!

Newly remodeled hotel Had an enjoyable stay as the hotel was completely remodeled inside..the location is in a beautiful area close to everything.

my stat at extended stay, Westmont, Ilinois the toilet had cubic hair clogged in it. Hot water was neve passed luke warm in the evening, but the manager was not available, or busy. On the last day I complained once again about the lack of hot water, and the manager finally did come and raise the temperature.

In the suburbs I chose it because it was in the suburbs and dIdnt want to be too close to the hassle and bustle of the city. The idea of the utensils is great but the mugs were not washed so we did not use them at all. Also, I sent my son to get extra towels at the front desk after a long day of fun at the Navy Pier and he was told "not until he brought the used ones first"! That was very offensive.
