my stat at extended stay, Westmont, Ilinois the toilet had cubic hair clogged in it. Hot water was neve passed luke warm in the evening, but the manager was not available, or busy. On the last day I complained once again about the lack of hot water, and the manager finally did come and raise the temperature.

In the suburbs I chose it because it was in the suburbs and dIdnt want to be too close to the hassle and bustle of the city. The idea of the utensils is great but the mugs were not washed so we did not use them at all. Also, I sent my son to get extra towels at the front desk after a long day of fun at the Navy Pier and he was told "not until he brought the used ones first"! That was very offensive.

GOESH Pro - Overall, cannot beat bang for your buck. It was my first stay at an extended stay and it was pretty darn good. Room was clean and place was in good location with good access. Cons - I had to go to the front desk to get my own coffee. There was no shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. I had to leave the room to talk to the front desk because they didn't pick up the phone any of the 6 times we called....

Only one night unfortunately. I wish I had stayed longer to take advantage of the kitchen. Everything was clean right down to the fridge and dishes. The only thing i didnt like was no HD T.V.. I like to watch sports and other stuff. But didnt matter since I was there one nite. I had housekeeping knocking on door next morning right at check out so obviously they are on top of keeping room clean.
