Beware if you are a non-smoker This place was a good value and would probably have been okay if not for the 3rd floor being a smoking floor. We asked to stay on 1, but got placed on the 2nd floor and the smoke seeped into our bathroom and room and all of our stuff smelled like smoke! That made it unpleasant. If not for that, though, I'd give it a 3.5 - 4 for decent.

Pleasantly surprised Very clean, friendly staff No carpet, wooden floors, don't have to worry what bodily fluids are on the floor

Very clean friendly staff only negative no free WIFI :( Also make sure you bring your own hygiene products,

A good value - For the money, this place is overall pretty clean. One of the nicest places I have stayed for their asking rate. Overall very clean which is hard to find for the price they are asking in many other hotels with the same setup

SMOKE IN NON-SMOKING ROOMS THE HOTEL IT'S SELF WAS CLEAN.VERY BASIC BUT GOOD FOR PRICE. BUT I COULD NOT GET PAST THE SMOKE SMELL AFTER ENTERING ROOM AREA. WOKE EVERY MORNING TO SINUSES CLOGGED AND EVEN BOUGHT AIR FRESHENER AND IT DIDN'T HELP. DIDN'T REALIZE HOW BAD TIL WE GOT HOME HUSBAND WENT TO USE C-PAP MACHINE AND ALL HE COULD SMELL WAS SMOKE, ORDERING NEW MASK NOW.

Nice, but not too nice This hotel was pretty much clean. The bed was fine, no signs of bugs. The floor was dirty and the bed linens felt dirty, or at least the comforter did (which makes sense, because it is not mandatory for any hotel to wash the the comforter between stays). The beds are not very sturdy. They are made of a cheap metal. They office staff were very friendly and helpful. This is not a hotel if you want to check early or in late. Really enjoyed my stay hotel staff are the best I stay because I need a affortble place for working out of town and its the best for the price and it really feels like a home away from home because of the staff and how clean the rooms are here it really feels like you should be paying a lot more than u are at the end of the day you really feel like your getting a value ... Will always book my stays here no matter what

Clean, reasonable rooms--not best nights' sleep The room was clean and in good condition. The clerk was not very friendly when we checked in. Got the impression he didn't really want to be there. We were on the first floor and both nights we believed there was a 500 lb. gorilla staying above us. Woke us up numerous times starting at 3:30 am until around 7 am.
