The front desk staff is very good. But that’s it. The entire hotel smelled heavily of smoke. The room was falling apart, wallpaper ripped off, no cabinet doors, window would not shut. The two “beds” one frame had the mattress, the other one was just the box spring. Sheets ripped, light in entrance not working. Bathroom, just gross. Run, don’t walk away. This property was listed as a "three star" property. No way. The room was mostly clean but in poor condition. Public areas and elevator were dirty. Someone spilled what appeared to be juice throughout the entry way, main hallway and near the elevator... the spill was there for hours and even when some of it was mopped, cleaning the mess was incomplete. Room had broken blinds and cabinets. TV needed to be reset to operate. No coffee maker in room.

Check out is 11 they come knocking at 9 ish and I work late so that was irritating. Someone got in my room and took something's while I was at work.
The ac went out for 2 days it was so hot when we called about it they act like your stupid

You don’t get housekeeping for two weeks unless you pay for it and same with linens, but the maintenance man walked in while I was naked, taking a shower
