Poor customer service Checking in was the worst part. No one at the desk. Then there’s a phone to call them, I had called twice and it still took them over 20 minutes to get to the desk to check me in. I was there a night but the first impression was not good. I love how secured the property is. Definitely felt safe.

The beds are completely unacceptable. They are a mattress on a spring platform......literally big cots that squeak anytime that you move. I only stayed one night...I cannot imagine sleeping on them for any length of time.

You get a smoky smelling room for what you paid for. Dogs everywhere. No toiletries.

Hallways smelled like an old ashtray, floors dirty in hallways like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. Room not available that was reserved so had to get another one that was available. People hanging in front entrance like it was a homeless shelter. But I guess you get what you paid for. Expectations was not up to standards.
