Surly Manager Room was good, but the manager had an attitude. I was only here on night. The next morning I asked if it would be ok if I check out by noon rather than by 11. The clerk said not a problem and I watched him write it on the list of room details. At 11:30 my key wouldn't work, not a problem and not unexpected. Good place to stay This hotel is no frills but super clean. The staff was extremely friendly. For the price I would definitely recommend this hotel!

not bad overall very pleasant stay, except towels were not clean on check-in. I had to ask for fresh ones. difficulty locating decent restaurants for someone unfamiliar with the area. local restaurants should be invited to leave their flyers.

Impressed The deal through the site was great and the value for the money couldn't be beat. Checked everything out when we got in and didn't find any bugs or gross stuff that is sadly a staple in big city hotels. The rooms had built in stovetops with kitchen type sinks so you can actually cook and not have to order out and the full size fridge was a plus. Only about 10-20 minutes from everything we had traveled to see. Great spot for a weekend hide away. It was a steal in my opinion.

GREAT! This hotel is very easily accessed off of the highway. It is within a few miles of the airport, IX Center and close shopping and restaurants.

Not terrible but not what I expected I didn't realize the type of place this was. It was more like an apartment building than a hotel. Things I thought would be available weren't daily towel and wash clothes service exchange weren't included, no coffee and tea available. WIFI was an extra cost. I would have stayed somewhere else for the same cost.
