Not terrible but not what I expected I didn't realize the type of place this was. It was more like an apartment building than a hotel. Things I thought would be available weren't daily towel and wash clothes service exchange weren't included, no coffee and tea available. WIFI was an extra cost. I would have stayed somewhere else for the same cost.

depends on your stay If it's one-day stay, a hotel is better because this is a weekly apartment rather than a hotel. If it's long stay, here is a good place to consider because it'd be a good price.

No more than 15 minutes away from everything. Thus was my second visit in one month. Love the Rocky River park in area.

People are nice but hope your early Hotels.com over booked the hotel, I paid for a room I didn't get. The staff at 3:00am had to get up and make up a room for myself and children to sleep in and apparently if your not there by 6pm that is what happen :(

Great hotel, close to Cleveland Airport Pleasant staff, clean and quiet room. No frills hotel where you can actually have the frills if you want to pay a little extra for them.
