Everything about my stay was great. The staff was great , room was cleaned.

very clean rooms, staff very friendly. we made reservations on very short notice, very nice price & convenient for our plans

Not so great After making online reservation, I walked to reception and they said they don't have any rooms available but offered room in smoking zone flowers, later that night I couldn't stand smell and called reception then apparently they got another room in 4th floor which is no smoking. I wonder why I was not offered that room in the first place. Better staff makes better impressions Overall it's Alright Thanks

affordable and clean place near airport. Very pleasant people, very cozy accommodation, and very beautiful area.

Nice hotel for a quick stay Room was clean but reeked of smoke. Good for a sleeping but not hanging out in. If you plan on exploring Cleveland and not staying in the room long this is the place for you.
