Key card machine was broken and there are parts of the property that allowed smoking.
The allowed themselves to get overbooked. After being awake for 23 hours of travelling. I show up with a confirmation number and they tell me I don't have a room.
Dirty floors no TV was told it was going to be brought to the room two times it never happened Phil banging on the walls like maybe somebody spilled pop will not stay there again
Travelocity needs to DROP this hotel from its listings. It is difficult to provide customer service when the front desk is away 12 hours out of the day/night. My room was missing its TV; despite brining this to management's attention, I was never furnished a TV during my 2-day stay. I was provided a roll of toilet paper that was nearly empty and there was no additional roll in the room. Although I called about getting another roll, one was NEVER furnished. Good luck getting in.... There was no attendant on site to check me in for a late arrival. It took over 40 mins and repeated calls to get checked in -- no joy when it is 1:40 AM. People coming out the property felt sorry for me, and informed me the service was so poor, I'd be better sleeping the rental car. After I finally got the front desk opened, they were sure a room was even ready. Once I was given my key, I believe I was placed in a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Never never never stay at this property!!
Cheap but terrible. dirty, smoky room, no staff to supervise so it is a very noisy place, with people hanging out in the hall. People smoking out side the AC intake so the air quality was horrible. So bad we checked out after a couple hours and went to a different hotel. Had the ambiance of a cross between a frat house and homeless shelter.
You gave me a no show
Despite having reservation for non-smoking room all they had was smoking and we had no time to find another hotel.
