The staff is wonderful. Friendly people staying at the hotel. I had an issue with the noise from above and they helped me right away no questions asked. I would stay there again.
WoodSpring Suites Colorado Springs Advertised as extended stay class, but kitchen only minimally equipped. No utensils, cooking pots, pans. No oven. TV great, HD. Wi-Fi required too many logins, should be keyed to length of stay. No refund for unused days.
This stay was a good experience, fair rate for an extended stay. parking was good, access to groceries was good, quick easy access to interstate. As it is a vinyl floor, I would like to see a broom and dustpan in every room for quick cleanups.

Mixed review Steven at the front desk was awesome friendly and went out of his way to assist us. You get what you pay for and nothing more!! Extra charge for any housekeeping (clean towels, sheets changed, etc) and absolutely no dishes, silverware, or pots, pans, coffee maker unless you pay an additional charge. We did get an iron & ironing board, if we left a driver's license. The hotel is only 4 floors but the elevator is soooo slow and usually dirty. Good place for a short extended stay. The personel was polite and curtious! For extended stay, you are your own maid service...for a daily fee you can trade in towels and sheets for clean ones at front desk each day or you can laundry yourself. The laundry room is nice and spacious. I believe the washers were $2.00 a load. The hotel room is nice and spacious with a kitchenette which was nice. If the room would of had curtains and a picture on the wall. The room would of been more appealing. Overall, I was pleased with stay.

Out of all of the Hotels I've stayed in each time I've traveled to Colorado Springs.. This is one the best.. Nice and spacious room.. Service was decent.. clean.. will definitely be my go to Hotels..
