Very dirty room There was something chunky and brown on my pillow case (see pic), but didn't notice it until I got in bed and turned the pillow over. Not sure what it was, but I'm hopeful It was chocolate or mud instead of what it actually looked like. Trimmed finger nails from previous guests were on floor. Lots of other people's hair in shower, and bathroom just didn't look clean, bathroom sink did not drain (clogged w hair). Lots of street noise. Just Okay It was conveniently nearby our destination. The "kitchen" had stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer - useful for extended stay (though we stayed only overnight).

I was supposed to get a non-smoking room but didn't. Smelled kinda bad and the air conditioner was loud.

3.5 Rooms are decent. Everything in the room looks fresh and well maintained. One thing i noticed is the hallways smell strongly of cigarettes and dog urine, and other than the smell and poor customer service this place isnt too bad a stay for the price.
