Fair Price Based on the reviews on Expedia, I prepared for the worst. Yes, the table and counter were sticky and oily and I wiped them with alcohol wipes. Overall the room is ok. Yes, nobody swept under the beds but that's fine cause my family won't be going under the beds anyway. I did bring some rags to wipe the floor (just with water) cause we walked bare foot in the room. Good location in a no frills hotel w/some issues Room was clean but had a smoky odor upon entry. We did some cooking right away and opened the windows to get the smell out. Room is small but adequate. Fridge and stove all functional. Be sure to bring your own pans and utensils. Bed seemed comfortable enough. Walls are a bit thin as my head would move if somebody hit the wall on the other side. I believe that the beds must be up against the same wall. Fair price After reading reviews on Expedia, I was prepared for the worst. I made sure I reached the hotel when it's staffed. The room is ok. The table and "stove" were sticky/oily. I wiped them down with alcohol wipes. I brought old rags to wipe the floor. Not as dirty as I feared. I brought my own cooking utensil too. Thanks to previous reviews. Overall, it's good for the price cause the location is great, short distance to major attractions.

Great People, Service Questionable The people were great, but the service was not. They didn't have a full staff part of the time we were there, and that made things more difficult because we couldn't always get the help we needed in a timely fashion. I also was surprised that we had to dump our own trash. Maybe that shouldn't have surprised me. Perhaps it was part of the reason the hotel was a good price. We also had to wash our own towels. Again, maybe that is what was supposed to happen. I don't know.

Springs Stay The hotel was clean and staff was nice. But we needed handicap room and none was available. Plus we wanted to stay longer. No rooms available

SATISFIED WITH WEEKLY PRICES GREAT SUITES ALL HAVE FULL SIZE FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, AND TWO BURNER STOVE TOP. KITCHEN SINK TOO.
