Recent stay The bathroom sink was leaking on the floor & the kitchen sink couldn’t drain. Called the front desk & they fixed them right away. Disappointed there was no coffee maker or blow dryer. The elevator smells really bad from smokers.

Nice hotel but don't change towels or linens Like hotel no one bothers u staff is friendly but it is 10 a week if u want clean towels and and sheets and such

Bad heavily out ways Good The guest services need improvement, I didn't feel like customer satisfaction was important to staff, was wrongly charged for Free WiFi and room cost adjustments made in accordance to their error still makes no sense and heavy urine smell on second floor. No soap or hygiene products in room upon arrival supplied only if requested, for a couple days its not a bad stay if you're not on the second floor the stove and fridge are a nice perk for an extended stay but the service doesn't encourage an exten... read more

Good and Bad The hotel as well as the whole concept of it I genuinely like however in my opinion the staff at this one leaves a lot to be desired

Only a bar of soap was provided. No shampoo or conditioner in room and front desk never answered the phone to see if available. Bed was uncomfortable.
