Bad heavily out ways Good The guest services need improvement, I didn't feel like customer satisfaction was important to staff, was wrongly charged for Free WiFi and room cost adjustments made in accordance to their error still makes no sense and heavy urine smell on second floor. Good and Bad The hotel as well as the whole concept of it I genuinely like however in my opinion the staff at this one leaves a lot to be desired

Only a bar of soap was provided. No shampoo or conditioner in room and front desk never answered the phone to see if available. Bed was uncomfortable.

I felt that the staff was very excellent, liked the price. Bed sheets had small stains and caught me off guard thought it was a beg bug but looked like a blood stain. Either way the price was very affordable no sure if there is anything they can do to upgrade or make it better.

Extended stay no frills hotel Between the strong smell of Pot in the elevator, the walls with no sound proofing, and the fact that most people staying there do not clean up after their dog even though the hotel provides bags it is a rough place to feel at home. However the room was clean and they were accommodating of my dog so it worked for what we needed short term.

Nothing fancy, but a great location My stay was exactly what you would expect from the reviews and ratings. The one perk was the location this hotel is about 10 minutes max from great shopping. The only thing that was slightly upsetting is that the hotel refused to accept my luggage from the airport. Which meant I had to drive to the airport and pick it up. Although the hotel did try calling me. Unfortunately I slept through the hotel phone ringing and my cell phone ringing due to exhaustion from traveling over 24 hours.
