Safe convenient location. The staff is very detailed oriented. I have seen them go around with magic erasers and scratch remover to take care of the finest details. Comfortable room with everything I need. Walls are pretty thin. They recently redid the roof which was quite loud, but it's finished. Reasonable price. I like it!

Although the area was a little overwhelming, I have to say the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help out in any way. I would easily go back again.

Great Place! I stayed at Value Place for 2 weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. All 4 of us enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The beds were ideal to sleep in every night. The kitchen was put to great use, and the area in general is great. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Great place to be near all you want to see The place is great and comfortable near all parks museums if you want to visit family near peterson base

Great price, very clean, no extras Very clean! Great price means no amenities. There is a clean stove and refridge but no coffee maker, no pots and pans, no dishes, no ice tray in the freezer. We needed an interim place before moving into more permanent residence and this worked great. If feasible, bring your own pillow too.

Affordable, safe, convenient I think this place is affordable, safe and convenient to the base and shops and restaurants. The only thing is my room smelled like a smoking room even though smoking is not allowed. The front desk sprayed with an odor neutralizer, which helped temporarily but the lingering smoke smell persistent. I am just sensitive to smoke, others may not notice it. Otherwise, great convenient, no frills place to stay with studio kitchen that helped save on cost for breakfast and lunch.
