Great cheap place to stay best value for long term stays. A lot better than other places in its price range.

The staff that clean the rooms weren't very friendly. If you asked anything while they were busy you get brushed off. Front desk was nice but they need more training on the check in and check out program they use. I went to pay for another week and it took 45min.

Best price for long term stay Thankful this was an option for my extended stay. Service was unexpected change from normal hotel stays I have been on (24 hr staffed front desk, daily service, free laundry). Makes sense when you look at the price compared to other hotels for those same typical services.

The hotel was very noisy. The beds were very firm which was okay but it didn't look like the room was dusted for at least a couple of weeks, including the floors. The hotel was also very noisy; I was in a room on the first floor by the front entrance so I heard people coming and going, even through the night. Other clients were not considerate enough to close their doors quietly so there were slamming doors all the time.

Satified My husband and I was very pleased with, staff, cleanliness and our entire experience with the hotel. We wish that there were more value places throughout every state. It was like staying in a mini apartment. The only thing missing was a pool. We look forward to staying again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Value Place

Colorado Springs best long term stay hotel The hotel is not like other hotels..it's just like renting a room with minimal quality of things (bed , table, chairs, fridge, etc)..u take the towels 2 the front desk 2 get new ones..they do room maintenance every other week..so if u r staying for long periods of time (at least a week) , this is the place for u..

Exellent deal for $$ We stayed at Value Place in Colorado Spring & it was the cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The Manager & staff where friendly and helpful. It only opened in Oct. of 2007 and we have been back 3 times. We feel like we are home their.
