Nice, central location I requested a non-smoking room but there were none available, a fact I didn't discover until after I paid. One of our beds had dirty sheets which were replaced after I brought it to the staff's attention. They were low on towels and I didn't notice before their office closed. The office hours were a bit inconvenient. The staff was great however. They made an effort to remember everyone and were very responsive once they received a request. ValuePlace "Extended Stay" As far as room rates goes, it was an excellent value. But I was unaware that "extended stay" hotels do not provide even a coffeepot! The room was clean when I arrived but linen service, daily cleaning of room, coffeepot, dishware for kitchen in the room are all extra charges. They will "loan" you a broom to clean room yourself. Not a typical hotel, call to clarify This was a long term visit. The hotel was very nice for what it is, but the description on Hotel.com did not clarify that this is an extended stay hotel with very limited service. Rooms are only cleaned every two weeks and normal hotel supplies are not replenished. You must bring your own cookware, cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, etc. The price was right and the room was in good repair and quite comfortable.

The staff that clean the rooms weren't very friendly. If you asked anything while they were busy you get brushed off. Front desk was nice but they need more training on the check in and check out program they use. I went to pay for another week and it took 45min.

Best price for long term stay Thankful this was an option for my extended stay. Service was unexpected change from normal hotel stays I have been on (24 hr staffed front desk, daily service, free laundry). Makes sense when you look at the price compared to other hotels for those same typical services.
The hotel was very noisy. The beds were very firm which was okay but it didn't look like the room was dusted for at least a couple of weeks, including the floors. The hotel was also very noisy; I was in a room on the first floor by the front entrance so I heard people coming and going, even through the night. Other clients were not considerate enough to close their doors quietly so there were slamming doors all the time.
Satified My husband and I was very pleased with, staff, cleanliness and our entire experience with the hotel. We wish that there were more value places throughout every state. It was like staying in a mini apartment. The only thing missing was a pool. We look forward to staying again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Value Place
