Ruffled feathered buckeye. The booking company failed to reserve one of the rooms i paid for. The young man, Derik, was very helpful but the lady on the next shift locked the doors of both rooms without noticing us. It took our valuable time to correct due to their unreliable computer system.

The stay wouldn’t have been terribly bad, until I woke to a cockroach flying in my face while I was in bed.
