Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very clean. Did not like that one of the towels was discolored but other than that I have no complaints. We would stay there again.
Waiting for Apartment Lease Service from Hotel.com was great. Hotel staff provided great customer service. Safe environment.
Good hotel for the cheap It's a cheap extended stay stayed 2wks and room was never cleaned
Bring Your Own Utensils. Most extended stay hotel, they will give you cooking utensils to use while you stay. This location wanted you to buy the utensils. I did not have a problem with that, but they wanted to charge you $30.00 for 2 plates, frying pan, 2 forks.
Our check was just after mid-night and there was no-one at the desk. I was instructed to call a number and the staff member was there within a couple of minutes. Elevator and hall ways stunk of smoke. The room did not and was fine. The room was sparse, but comfortable. No extras and no luxury. For the price, we didn't expect any. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There were only 2 towels in a 4 person room and again no one at the front desk in the morning. We would stay there again because of the price and value.
Good Experience I was pleased regarding the room and the staff. All appliances was new, and room was clean, and linen was fresh.
