We checked in to the room thinking it was like a hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable and the couch/bed did not work. Staff was informed but they did not do anything about until the day before checkout. We also requested room cleaning and they never did that. The staff was informed almost daily about the couch/bed daily. Otherwise the room was ok. It was what we paid for; an affordable room for the week.

Staff in the front dest was not helpful i payed wifi with my booking and i was charged for wifi again when checking out
