Paris, the deck cleck was fantastic. He went out of his way to get me checked in after hotel.com locked up, and did not get the reservation at his unit.

The front desk staff was exceptional. However, the grounds were filthy. There were bags of trash everywhere, and a plastic gallon of milk that was 3/4 full sat at the bottom of the stairs (external access) for all four days I was there. Same with other trash. My room was fine though.
