Okay The room key stopped working one evening. While a maintenance person let me in to the room, I had to wait until morning to get a working key. I don't know what would have happened had this occurred after 11pm when the staff all goes home. The door itself required a very hard push to close, resulting in loud thumps when surrounding doors were closed. Hotel was ok for the price. Check in took too long. Lots of construction equipment filling the parking lot. Even without that there is no where near enough parking here. Can't understand why people book a no smoking room and then stand outside their door and smoke. Could not tell that our room was non-smoking. Obviously classified that way by a smoker. Smokers are very inconsiderate and do not understand the cloud that they leave behind. You cannot change a room from smoking to non-smoking. Non-smokers can always smell it. W... read more

Felt Unsafe at the Homestead We wanted to find an inexpensive place to stay close to Cherry Creek SHopping Center. We didn't expect much, however in the middle of the night, someone attempted to enter our room. It was a frightening experience, and we felt completely unsafe. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence, or just a party night at the hotel. I would definitely not stay here alone.

Not good AC didn't work. Very loud at night. Got faster internet through my 3G phone than through their fee based internet service.

Never Again I had to move to another hotel because there was no soap, no towels in the rooms I had rented. The service was impersonal and unhelpful. After one night I moved my business to another hotel in the area. this give me a very bad taste about using your service. I have been overall satisfied with the rooms booked through your service, but this is the worst.

NEVER AGAIN This hotel was awful. After a long day of travel I really needed a bed. The room was old. The worst part was the bathroom. There was what looked like blood on the floor near the toilet and the base of the bathtub. I did not notice this until the morning. I mentioned something to the desk agent when I checked out and there was no apology etc. There was a huge garbage can outside my room that was overflowing with garbage onto the ground. I will never stay here again.

Not what I expected. The beds were as hard as a rock and the bed springs were poking into me. Not to mention everytime I moved it sqeeked a lot! When I went to the front desk I'm pretty sure it was the manager that told me, and I quote, "I'm not on the clock she can help you" when all I needed were some towels. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I would pay extra to stay at the place across the street than here.
