June 10th 2010 Stay The non-smoking room was smokey and the dead bolt on the inside of the door was sheared off. I was too tired to complain and I think the hotel was sold out anyway.

Resonable place to stay but I will not be going back what I had requested was a queen size bed and the bed in the room was the smallest queen size I have ever seen. I would also point out that all of the smoking rooms face Leetsdale which is a major street and the was a constant stream of emergency vehicles going past all night long.

Uh...takes too long to check in Not really anything special. i would have liked to have a more friendly greeting and a speedier check in.

Will not stay again The room was supposedly nonsmoking, but when entering it was very apparent that the room had been smoked in on many occasions because of the cigarette smell. The ottoman also had a cigarette burn on it. Also, there were no pots and pans in the room for cooking when we arrived. The key never worked well in the door. It always took several tries to get the door open. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There was hair on the floor from either the cleaning person or a previous guest.

check your bills The hotel was fine, but they double-charged my credit card; if I hadn't caught it, I'd have paid double.

does not belong on hotels.com There was no room/maid service if your stay was less than a certain number of days; this was not indicated anywhere until i checked in. The "wireless" internet service was a joke. It rarely worked, and when it did, was so slow i could not download attachments that were needed for my business. This seemed to be more of a temporary residence for vagrants than a real hotel. There was also a noticeable and regular police presence.
