Homestead Denver, Cherry Creek Room was basic, not too clean. Will skip this low priced hoted in future.

A pit. A pit, for $10 more could have gone down the street with a hot tub and breakfast.

Homestead Suite Cherry Creek 1st room the key didn't work twice 2nd room reeked of smoke 3rd room floor was dirty no coffee cups were provided for morning coffee

Dirty Hotel It was extremely dirty. We asked for a non smoking room and the room we got was obviously a smoking room they had hastily ventilated and put up some non-smoking signs. Not happy at all.

You get what you pay for... It's wasn't the worst, but not very nice either. No cups, glasses, plates, or bowls in the kitchen. Internet was the slowest I have ever experienced. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. THere were always "undesirables" loitering in the parking lot.

Was scared to be by myself there The staff was friendly, but I was scared staying there by myself (a female alone). There were homeless people walking around on and near the property and some other sketchy looking people hanging around. I probably was fine, but just didn't feel safe. Next time, I'll pay the extra $40 to stay in a few blocks away in a better area and have the peace of mind.

very very dirty We chose this hotel primarily because of location and price but we were sorely dissappointed. Incredibly, almost every part of the room was covered in hairs. It looked like someone had shaved their beard everywhere. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and we found a cigarette in a corner and by the smell it was obvious that they had made a minimal effort in concealing this fact. There were quite a few shady people around as well. Pretty rough.

Get what you pay for The hotel is cheap, which is great. However, there wasn't any shampoo or hairdryer. There were noisy guests coming in and out of rooms until about 3 a.m., and the bed was uncomfortable. It was convenient in price, but don't expect more than what you pay for.
