Denver Homestead Overall, the hotel was very good! I enjoyed the location and the convenience to restaurants and small fast food eateries. The hotel was close to where I needed to take care of my business during my trip.

Nice value for the money The location was convenient to bus line and grocery store. A couple of fast food restaurants are nearby. A bit of street noise so if possible ask for a unit that's not facing Leetsdale.

No Hot Water Average hotel for a really good price, but we didn't have any hot water which made showering a problem since it was 20 degrees outside

Good Value Polite and helpfull staff. Clean and quiet room. Fit my needs as a passing through traveler. Plenty of local places to eat and shop close by for a late arrival. Great Value

Huge extended stay room with kitchen (not kitchenette). Separate area with sofa, coffee table, desk, etc. Comfortable bed. Quite. Shopping center nearby with huge Super Target for supplies. Cherry Creek area of Denver.

Decent Value - Good Location Excellent location for travel to Cherry Creek Shopping, Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo and Infinity Park; Room was not that clean - dirty cutting board in kitchen, pair of mens underwear left in a drawer from prior visitor; queen bed was not great. If the room had been cleaner, however, I would have rated it higher as it was a good value for the money

Cheap clean no thrills hotel Rooms are clean and quiet. The only bad thing is that they don't include anything. Make sure you bring dish soap and tissues because they are not in the room. It is definitely worth paying the $3 to have them refresh your room. Wifi is a little slow.
