Good value Overall, an affordably priced room that delivered on my two primary needs - a quiet nnight and a comfortable bed.

Good price, could be more comfortable. The room did what it was suppose to. I was visiting over the weekend and only returned to the room to sleep. So the comfort was the most important aspect. The room was clean and the grounds looked well kept. The bed was not very comfortable and made lots of noise. The rate was good, though. So that's the compromise. Price for comfort.

Polite and Friendly I'ts really a long stay facility, longer than a week, but it worked for us.

Decent for the price Stayed here for about 5 nights while waiting to move into our new apartment. Staff was great, hotel is in a good location. Easy to get around Denver, Target/King Soopers (grocery store) within a couple of blocks. Fridge and burners in our room worked great. Shower had epic water pressure!! Only complaint is the bed wasn't terribly comfortable (the sheets barely fit it) and there were lots of random hairs and specks of dirt around the room (especially the bathroom floor) when we arrived.
