Last minute booking The hotel was very full so didn't have any extra blankets or pillows for our kids. Very uncomfortable stay.

Decent hotel; horrible customer service No one at check-in desk upon arrival, had to wait until someone showed up. Called for extra pillows, none were ever brought to the room. No extra toilet paper was brought to the room either.

Satisfactory Overall the Hotel looked nice on the outside. But when I went into the office, it gave me an idea of what the room would look like. The office area was not clean at all. The staff was nice but overworked. Our room was neat but the carpet was badly stained. It had a full mini kitchen but no utensils unless you asked. We stayed 2 night and didn't get utensils until the last night. They were not very clean but we appreciated them non-the-less. Nothing too bad, nothing too special Great location, close to cherry creek shopping, close to downtown (16thst shopping), and close to a lot of dispensaries. Free parking, free wifi (weak, slow, opted to just not use it haha), and free breakfast (just coffee and granola bars). Room was decent, nothing to rave about. Bed was clean, nice little hdtv, fridge and microwave. Front desk guy was pretty cool, laid back, honest. We checked in around 11pm so he was he only guy there. I was very happt I don't have much time to spend on reviews. I needed a room fro a business meeting the next day. I was very happy with my stay at Extended Stay America - Denver , cherry creek. If I have to visit Denver again I'll book at this motel Ken

i did this the other day they put us in a room the first i went to office night far below what i paid for or any pictures looked like, i went to office and told them it was not what i paid for. they said the night would be free ( yall going to give me night lodging refund) and moved us back to 4444 where we first went. we left a day early too.
