Business stay I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. They changed the room lock while I was in the room and it was noisy, also I had to make 2 trips to get the right access card. When I checked out, the staff was not available and I had to call them and they didn't even care what room or take back access card.
family trip It was okay, manger is rude but staff was okay. Staff really went out of there way to make us feel at home
Understaffed and undersupplied Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Grounds around hotel were covered with trash, and broken glass. It was winter, but although it had not snowed recently, no effort had been made to clear the walkways into the hotel of ice and snow. Access to the buildings was flat-out dangerous, and twice I caught myself slipping and nearly falling. For that reason as well, the hotel really needs to assign a crew to keep the grounds in shape. It was okay Stay was good except for I was very disappointed in the free continental breakfast. Wish I didn't spend that much more compared to the other hotels I looked at without breakfast. Also, the toilet paper holder was ripped out from the wall in our bathroom. I figured the hotel would repair that.

Last Minute Stay Stayed here after deciding to get a hotel room after a night out. It was fine for just a place to sleep. Clean, friendly night staff, and free grab & go breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a casual stay.
The price was reasonable for the location near Cherry Creek
