its just suck ITS was just a big mistake hammer pounding some contractor were drunk parking was bad ,i wish you follow -up if there contruction go on for custumor!on picking motel go throught renvaction.

Never warned that roofers would wake us up early in the morning We made reservations well in advanced. Got to the hotel at night and, while checking in, there was a sign that said "sorry for the inconvenience but the elevator is out of service". We were on the third floor but figured not a big deal as we only need to bring out luggage up and down the stairs once each time. DIRTY AND NOISEY! The hotel room stunk, the recliner was nasty and broken. The room next door kept throwing loud beer parties all night. The desk manger was rude and didn't respect anyone. For the price i felt it should have been nicer.

Extended Disappointment! At check in it all started, I booked a king sized bed. Clerk who was rude told me all the king sized bed rooms were booked or flooded. I was put into a queen sized bed room next to the married couple from hell. Could not get a get a wink of sleep due to the argument over the cell phone? call front desk and no one adressed the loud couple. called the police but again it must have been a low priority that night. lots of place to get a bite to eat but just beware of the cell phone couple from hell. room... read more

NO NO NO NO NEVER AGAIN It was infested with spiders. I payed for internet connection that seems to not exist. If you need internet then avoid this hotel. If you are a non-smoker or a recent quitter then avoid this hotel. I payed for a non-smoking room at-least 2wks in advance and I was giving a smokers room. It seriously smelled like someone died in there with 20cartoons of cigs on fire.

WORST HOTEL IN AMERICA !!!!! in 9 years of using hotels.com Where do I start. First hotel I have ever not been able to check before three no matter what(ruined our schedule). Was told at checkin (2am) that we could check out at 1pm since we were forced to check in so late*. The rest is easier in list form. a. TV didnt work b. Sinks would not drain after first use c. stains everywhere d. was guaranteed two beds on hotels.com and the hotel did not have two beds. Disappointed We had booked 2 non-smoking rooms. 2 were available, however, one did not have a TV set in it. We had to take one smoking room. In the smoking room the recliner was broken. We were on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was broken, so we had to climb stairs to get to our rooms. The checkin clerk, was pleasant, however, she did not seem too compentent. It took 20 minutes to check in.

Less than expected. The staff was professional and very helpful but the hotel was less than acceptable. Rooms were small, tub was dirty, didn't feel clean in general. Elevator didn't work 1 of the 4 days we were there which was difficult with a toddler.
