Just the basics Pretty basic hotel with few amenities. Staff was helpful but not that friendly.

Lacking communication and presentation A request for a non smoking room was made during reservation. I understand it's a request but it should have been communicated to us upon check in it wasn't available. Instead we had to find out once we walked into the room and smelled the odor. The front desk was closed, since our checkin was after office hours. An after hours attendant assisted us. Does that mean they don't work for the hotel and couldn't inform us of the type of rooms available. The room we received was a disability ... read more

Worst Hotel experience of my life It was horrible. The room was dirty, the chair in the room was stained and had holes. Their was a tear in the carpeting in the middle of the floor. I pulled all of the blankets and top sheet off of the bed because they were also full of little holes and were stained. In the morning when I went to take a shower their was no soap or shampoo in the room, I called the front desk to get some and they told me that their was a Wal-Mart down the street. Ordinary Room Good that they supplied a refridge, microwave, dishes, stove.....but the microwave didn't work, and the wall receptacle for the clock and bedside lamp didn't work. Furniture was ratty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

With the price I paid the room it was not worth it. The reasons I feel this way are the following: stains (brown: probably coffee and white), hard food still left on the refrigerator door towards the bottom, bathroom handle kept falling off, water pressure in the bathroom sink sprayed out ( didn't come out in a stream), chewed up gum in the room, and there was a sink for doing dishes but they did not provide a water stopper to do them with.

Extended Stay America-Checked Out Early The condition of the rooms, cleaniness & quality of the bed, were lower than substandard. The non-smoking room had a heavy stench, possibly due to mold behind tub. Difficult to sleep due to no noise abatement. The entire experience felt gross. Will never stay at another hotel of this franchise again.

You get what you pay for This room was very run down. The windows couldn't open, the heater was held together with duct tape and there were light bulbs out. It was a smoking room, but the smell was soooo bad I as a smoker had a very hard time staying in there.

Don't bother with this dud! I have stayed many a night in hotels but this one was Horrible! The room smelled they overcharged me for my small dogs being in there. After leaving this hotel I spent two nights in two different hotels, which only charged me $10.00 a night for the dogs where Extended stay charged $25.00. You asked why I didn't move I had booked this online and paid upfront for it. I believe that is why they charged me so much for the dogs for the Hotel.com price was way lower than what the per night rate would ha... read more

Home repair night out The staff at check-in were very accomodating/nice allowing us to check-in early. The room was shabby in appearance but had all the necessities. The couch was worn and uncomfortable, the TV was very small. We didn't use the kitchen area and the bath was okay though it only had two small bars of soap. Not a great night out but it fit our need for the evening.
