Stay at property was nice but extremely understaffed

Old but clean The rumor. Very nice in the beginning. But it just felt old and run down. Everything appeared to be clean. There is no air conditioning and the fan is Placed so that it blows onto the bed,

When we arrived, there was no one in the office with no indication as to where they were or when they would return. There were three other people waiting and one had indicated that they had already waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up. Upon check-in, we were told that there were no queen, non-smoking rooms available, even though that is what we booked. She then went on a rant on how much she hated third-party booking sites. Liked clean, refrigerator, ice trays Didn't like loud doors upon closing, thin walls, toilet running at night

The property was clean. There was no tv in the room. We arrived Thurs. On Sunday asked for tv "I'll check with my supervisor" Mon. afternoon again asked for tv didn't know anything about request. A couple hours later it showed up after tracking it down. The internet states this facility serves a "continental breakfast", the facility has on their cards "Grab & Go" consisted of granola bars, packaged oatmeal, wrapped muffins, coffee and tea bags with hot water. It was nice in quite nice rooms. They should have better wifi and cable but other then that it was pretty nice
