Desk personnel was very nice. I have back and neck problems and our bed was great! We didn't get the chance to tell them that the shower drips and the floors were laminate and not mopped. You could only see that on your socks. Laminate floors really hide dirt well but in a hotel room they should be mopped between guests. Other than that it totally suited our needs at a great price. We were in CO to see our daughter in a musical.

No coffee pot or coffee in room. Lady at front desk couldn’t provide us any. Sink drain in our kitchen was clogged. We were overcharged on the room $4 from what our reservation with Orbits confirmed. The beds were comfortable.

Ok por una noche Checkin la de recepción con cara de enojada, en la habitación como que entraba frío de algun lado y no había un simple vaso a la mano, se tienen que solicitar.

Absent and RUDE staff! The desk person was not there when I arrived. After calling out inside and walking around the building while repeatedly calling the hotel phone number, about 20 minutes, I called the police to perform a health and safety check. THEN she walked in and picked up the ringing phone. It was the police. She chewed me out for having called the police.
