Dirty rooms,ashes in a non smoking rm in drawers of dresser.bed skirt very dirty.the room was very cold.i stay her often never had this issue.

Toni was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great, it was clean and very cozy. I can't say anything but great things about my stay. I have stayed at a few Extended Stay America's in the last year and this was by far my best experience at any of them.

Desk personnel was very nice. I have back and neck problems and our bed was great! We didn't get the chance to tell them that the shower drips and the floors were laminate and not mopped. You could only see that on your socks. Laminate floors really hide dirt well but in a hotel room they should be mopped between guests. Other than that it totally suited our needs at a great price. We were in CO to see our daughter in a musical.
