Very accommodating staff and hotel due to delayed ONLY BECAUSE OF A DELAYED THEN CANCELED FLIGHT OUT OF DENVER, WAS I DETOURED TO THIS GREAT HOTEL. EVEN THOUGH AIRLINE PAID FOR ROOM, I WOULD HAVE PAID TO STAY HERE, AND I MIGHT IF I EVER COME BACK TO VISIT.

Some frustrations, friendly taff Staff friendly but we were told on check-in to call down for kitchen supplies. When we did, we were told everything they had had to be washed and we would get everything the next day. We did not. I called down and was told then that they had nothing at that time even though I felt I should have had some sort of priority since I had asked the day before. Wonderful staff It's an older hotel and could use a few upddates. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
convenient but not a 'home away from home'. good location but bare bones; with snow on the ground, the room was very cold and the heater was unworkable. not a pleasant stay

You get what you pay for The tv reception was terrible. The room was nonSmoking yet the bed cover had cigarette holes clear thru to the sheets. The bottom sheet did not appear to be removable from the mattress which makes one wonder how it gets cleaned. Upon carefully pulling back the fitted sheet, different color hairs and things were present. The room also had a strange smell as if someone had been smoking in it. Good Hotel, Dirty Denver Great location right off highway. Awesome Sushi bar across the street. Downside is questionable people living temporarily at extended stay hotel. Lots of weed smoking, room constantly smelled like weed coming from vents... But your in Denver, what do you expect. The whole city of Denver is scummy. Also the local restaurants other than sushi bar are basically burgers and American food only.
