Would stay again Outdated looking on the outside, in the middle of hotel row. Rough crowd, but we stayed inside using the AC. Only needed it for one night, adequate check in and check out. No major complaints, would stay here again.

Family visit Room was clean and adequate, staff friendly and helpful, kitchen was not stocked at all, you had to ask the front desk for everything. Outside grounds were absolutely awful, elevator was not cleaned at all during my stay nor the sidewalks leading to elevator. Management was made aware of my concern and stated they have been looking for maintenance employee since June 24. If you need a job go here they need the help

Decent hotel near Red Rocks The rooms were clean and adequate! The exterior needed some cleaning-not enough ashtrays around the property so lots of butts all over. Have to check out kitchen items and buy coffee from a vending machine. I'd stay again - price is good if you aren't looking for a bunch of fluff!! We stayed 3 nights and they did not service the room at all though.

Could use a good power wash We stayed for a week. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The outside areas and common areas could use a good cleaning--lots of cigarette butts and stains on the walkways. If management just had the place power-washed every once in a while, I think the overall hotel would be fine.

Improvements are the key! The bathroom needed exhaust system! Some customers where too loud and dis considered. Customer service needed improvement. Shouldn't allowed animals. Hotel should provide extra clean sheets and towels. But over all, room condition was good, clean with a comfortable bed.
