Clean, Inexpensive but Noisy Overall the room was clean and up to date for the price. However, the walls are thin and I could hear the person in the next room talk. Also, loud noises came from the walls when other rooms used the water.
Hotel was OK except that I was involuntarily "upgraded" from a room with one queen to one with two twins when I would have preferred the single queen.

Good hotel for the price Very friendly staff, comfortable room. Quieter at night than I expected it to be for the location. I definitely smelled cigarette smoke and pot from other guests rooms. I wouldn't want to stay many nights here, but for the price, passing through was good.
good value for the money Great amenities if you want to stay a while. Comfy studio apartment-style living. Not the ritz but great for the price.
Excellent choice Location- excellent! All aspects good especially the fact that it had a recliner in the room. As someone facing back surgery in the next couple of weeks, it is the only way I can sleep at home, so imagine my delight when I walked into my room and found it had a recliner! Well done Extended Stay!
Hotel Stay Wasn't what I expected. The bed was uncomfortable and the heater ran all night and would not regulate itself.
Great Hotel Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel! It was wonderful to have a nice little room with a small kitchen. It was pretty clean and neat, and I was happy that there was a selection of dishes available. Disappointments: - No room service (without an additional fee) - No shampoo/conditioner - Very little dish soap - No hairdryer Overall though, it was a very nice hotel!
Old Chicago was great Bed was quite firm, but overall the room was clean and staff was very friendly and kind
