Located In The Right Place When I Needed It Hotel was clean and afforadable. Beds were a bit hard compared to what I usually sleep on. WOuld recommend this to friends who needed a hotel.

Good central location. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issue with the lavitory sink in room 233-the faucet leaks badly and the bathtub faucet will not shut all the way off.

Service at Extended stay in Lakewood, was excellent. It was convenient to many restaurants and shopping centers, and easily accessible to Downtown Denver and other points of interest. Was the perfect location for my stay in Denver. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Close to where I had to be I was very satisfied with both the location and the conditions of the hotel. Just a few points.. Timing the use of hot water. ie.. If you waited till everyone else took their showers.. hot water was somewhat lacking. The Iron in my room did not heat up.. Also the glass turntable in the microwave was the wrong size and therefore did not turn ( I placed one of the smaller plates under it to make it work ).

Great for the price Staff let me check in in the a.m., well before the designated 3 p.m. checkin time. Room A/C, with guest controls, was welcome on several hot days. Great, though simple, accommodations for a great price. Perfect for an inexpensive getaway.

Convenient location Overall the room really needs an upgrade. The refrigerator has a warped seal on the freezer door allowing it to cycle too often and noisily. The main burner on the cooktop did not fit correctly and I felt using it was not safe.The description was not up to the standard that I read about the hotel. So, overall I really do not think I will use extended stay again. As a sidebar issue, the office could use a drop off site to place key cards when checking out before hours.
