Good customer service. Bad cleanliness Good customer service. However the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It was hair in the tub. I did not want to shower. The unclean bathroom made me uncomfortable staying in the room. The freezer also had a frozen liquid in it.

Had a stale smell and not real clean around property

The staff was very friendly. I was initially checked into a room which hadn’t been cleaned, but they switched me into a clean one right away. Unfortunately, the second room, while it had been cleaned, was still rather dirty. The floors had a layer of dust on them, one of the beds had dirt in the sheets and splatters on the box-spring. The other bed was fine.
