Very easy access to interstate for commuting. Didn’t like the feeling I was staying at an apartment complex. There were signs on doors like people were living there and throw up on the stairs in the morning.

The room was very smoky smelling to the point my shirt became smoky smelling. I used febreze and room spray to try and neutralize the strong smoke oder as best i could

Nice quick stay The room was large but comfy. The stairs leading up to the second floor were in terrible condition.

About what I expected for the price The hotel was clean and and in good condition. It was quieter than I expected considering the location and exterior corridors. It met my needs and was reasonably priced.

Customer Service 10+ I've stayed @ this property before, so I can definitely say some great changes have been made. The cleanliness, the customer service, everything is improving! I've had such a warm and welcoming experience with front desk attendant Brittany, very polite. Haven't experienced customer service like that in years! Thanks Brittany and team for everything!
