Our room lacked a phone, towels, and was not as clean as another room we stayed at in this same hotel. Front manager was great but the room was disappointing. I feel that when i book with Expedia I'm given the worst room compared to just booking myself. I wont be back

Incompitance desk staff Well this is a decent hotel most all the front desk people like emanual and Brittany are awesome then there is niraz I think he is mad because his family doesn't own the hotel he has no clue what he is doing and his customer service skills have to be the worst I've seen couple nights ago I booked a room online a few hours later get to the hotel to check in he says I have no rooms I went back out to my vehicle to call hotels .com the man come back on the phone says I'm still on hold fifteen minutes lat... read more
