Extended Stay establishments do not make a huge deal and problem with the deposit that is required but not shown clearly enough when booking a room via hotels.com . Nearly every other chain that participates with hotels.com has issues with the deposit. sometimes we can only afford the one or two nights that we have booked. Extended stay has worked with us on the deposit and that has been a life saver.

Ok if very tight budget. Convenient for conference. Didn't think it could be as bad as the reviews, but it was not worth the $$ we paid. The smell was bad when walking into the room, the kitchenette refridgerator was dirty on top, and when the couch was pulled out into a bed, you could not walk from the kitchen to the bathroom. We had no bedding for the pullout bed and the phone didn't work. On the plus side, the young lady at the front reception desk was very nice and helpful.

Furniture in bad shape and non-reliable after-hours check-out process (I had to leave at 6:30am and there was no one to do the check out. I had to leave the key inside the room and then call to proceed with checkout - plus, even though at the lobby door the biz hours said to start at 9am, I had to wait until 10am to have someone answer the phone! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the room was clean...

Room was digusting, couch had stains all over it, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no soap, saw a bug on the sheets.

NOT recommended This place is scary to stay at and it is filthy. My room smelled so bad of cigarettes and mildew. The do not provide hair dryers and irons even though it’s provided in the ad online. A worker tried walking into my room and I had to push the door shut. I have filed a formal complaint with the corporate office.
