Not bad but only if you have to The person who checked me in was great but I forgot her name. Other than that, the room smelled like smoke (non smoking room), the remote control had no batteries, the room looked like someone was reading a book on there earlier.

Nice room horrible maintenance and housekeeping Room not ready at check-in. I was told." Come back in hour, maybe we will have room then" Someone's dirty hair in shower No blanket in January. Blow pipe in kitchen drawer No quarters at front desk for laundry

Extended Stay establishments do not make a huge deal and problem with the deposit that is required but not shown clearly enough when booking a room via hotels.com . Nearly every other chain that participates with hotels.com has issues with the deposit. sometimes we can only afford the one or two nights that we have booked. Extended stay has worked with us on the deposit and that has been a life saver.

Ok if very tight budget. Convenient for conference. Didn't think it could be as bad as the reviews, but it was not worth the $$ we paid. The smell was bad when walking into the room, the kitchenette refridgerator was dirty on top, and when the couch was pulled out into a bed, you could not walk from the kitchen to the bathroom. We had no bedding for the pullout bed and the phone didn't work. On the plus side, the young lady at the front reception desk was very nice and helpful.
