Great service I’m sure there’s some nicer newer hotels for more money but they did a great job. The unit was clean. We also were in a move and they let us check out early and were super agreeable about it. Very pleased with our stay!

I would not return A loud domestic disturbance broke out at 2:30 AM. Scary stuff! The sleeper sofa is not actually intended to sleep on. Funky smells permeate several areas of the facility. Front desk staff was amazing!

Still waiting on incidentals refund Had to wait about ten minutes to get checked in as the employee working the front desk was outside smoking. Was told that my card needed to be charged an additional fee for incidentals and that it would be refunded the next day upon checkout. Was told the next day that I never should have been charged an additional fee and that a refund was issued and should show on my card later that day. Days later and still no refund.
