A little sketchy,but it is what it is. The staff was very helpful but no one manned the front desk prior to 7 a.m., and if you're there for work you're definitely up before 7 a.m. and may have questions, like I did. I only stayed for 4 days but it was clear other people were living there as their residence, which kind of made it a little sketchy. It snowed while I was there and the parking lot would melt and freeze, it was slippery.

Mile "HIGH" came into town for the broncos playoff game with my son, the desk clerk seemed to be high, and by the slurred speech he seemed high, the smell of marijuana reeked throughout the hotel. the cleaning staff seemed high, everyone walking downtown seemed high the "grab and go" breakfast was a joke, couldn't find local stations on tv

Good option under $75 This hotel was a great value! I have stayed at other hotels nearby when I travel to Denver on a budget and this one is the best so far. Room was very clean and did not smell like smoke. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but overall much better than the Quality Inn down the street.
Smokey Room was dirty and smokey when I asked for a change told none available. Smoking room on same floor as nonsmoking not good

The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants although the facilities were pretty basic.

Well I found the place bit used. Though staff was excellent but in the room there were few things we expected that were not there as kitchen stuff, blankets. We have ask for them. 3 out of 5 is a good rating for it.

Thank you for going the extra mile! My stay was great. Angel checked me in and went the extra mile to check my room first & then moved me to a room that smelled fantastic & was warmer. Carolyn was very helpful when I decided to stay an extra night. I was able to leave the car I bought in the lot past checkout till I could have it picked up. Kind, caring staff!

Economy at its best Nice place for the money. Don't expect more than you should. It was right next door to the place we were going.
