The amenities were not there, no dishes, no cups. For two days it was good for what I wanted, however there was not a luxury aspect to this room as all, just a clean room. The fact we smelled someone smoking pot in the halls was very disappointing, it leads us to believe this is not an upstanding place we want to stay at.

Disappointed--no ice machine--didn't know it was bare needs--thought she had told me a king-sized bed-- no brochures or anything telling about tV programs, how to access with remote, restaurants and delivery--very disappointed. Set heat and blower--middle of night turned to blowing cold airwithout our setting it differently! Noisy area which we aren't used to but that may be due to city--we live in the country!
The hotel was ok. It is conveniently near the highway and places to eat. It is somewhat outdated and needs a lift.

Snowed in My first stay at this hotel so I had no idea how small it was. No room service. The room came with no dishes. A pamphlet in the room said the staff would bring them up but when I called the desk to bring some up they said they couldn't leave the desk. Then when we went down to get them they said, "oh I was just up there I could've brought them to you" Morning of check out I asked for a late check out, they said okay.
