This is my usual hotel if I have to come for work or family. It felt cleaner than my last visit and I really liked that aspect. However, trying to do any online work for my job was ridiculously spotty if and when any internet signal could be obtained. I worked at the Ruby Tuesday across the street. But sleeping was nice and the counter service is always polite.

adequate, but not pleasant I have now stayed in this hotel a few times, mostly because of the price, location (near family), and the kitchenette. But I don't really like it. It is a bit gloomy. This time there were always people standing outside smoking, or topless beer-bellied guys sitting outside. Sometimes the hallways smell of whatever people are cooking. It is sort of like a cheap boarding house.
