Snowed in My first stay at this hotel so I had no idea how small it was. No room service. The room came with no dishes. A pamphlet in the room said the staff would bring them up but when I called the desk to bring some up they said they couldn't leave the desk. Then when we went down to get them they said, "oh I was just up there I could've brought them to you" Morning of check out I asked for a late check out, they said okay. Disappointed--no ice machine--didn't know it was bare needs--thought she had told me a king-sized bed-- no brochures or anything telling about tV programs, how to access with remote, restaurants and delivery--very disappointed. Set heat and blower--middle of night turned to blowing cold airwithout our setting it differently! Noisy area which we aren't used to but that may be due to city--we live in the country!
The hotel was ok. It is conveniently near the highway and places to eat. It is somewhat outdated and needs a lift.
