One night stay AC was noisy. The place needs an update. Near restaurants and Walmart. Wifi weak. Not one of my choices when I get back to this part of town

Very comfortable, clean room.
It's Ok...for a reduced price only!!! It was a good stay for the price. Staff makes you work harder than appreciated, especially, when getting new bedding and cleaning rooms when your not an extended residento of the property.

From Chicago to Detroit with love We went on a unexpected roadtrip to Detroit from Chicago and try you website for the first time, after booking the room, I notice that our check-in time was until 3 pm.and we were in Detroit at 7:00 am but the hotel was able to help us out and we were able to check in early. Thank you for you help,the hotel was better than we expected.

Ok at best The room was good size & clean. The Hotel staff slept at the front counter and the downstairs restroom was over flowing. We were expecting to have a hot breakfast included (as described by Expedia). The parking lot was missing several lights and I had to park my vehicle in an unlit area. We could have stayed at a reputable place for what I paid. We will never choose this Hotel as a place to stay again.
Spend your hotel dollars some where else! When we arrived the clerk said she had no record of our reservation. She finally found a paper with our information on it. Registration took about 30 minutes. Grounds and side walks in poor condition. There is absolutely no sound insulation. The refrigerator in our room was so loud that we were unable to sleep. Also, It was supposed to have a fully equipped kitchen but when we arrived our kitchen was empty and we had to go to the front desk and ask for what we needed--coffee pot cups... read more

Extended Stay Great service, very friendly help. Especially Kathy...she was awesome. Clean room, great rate. Just wish they offered more for breakfast like scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. Would recommend and stay again.

Ok for the buck! My stay at extended stay was nice,Charmaine(management) made sure all my needs were met,hotel needs a little renovation but all in all I was pleased,loved the size and layout of the room,I will stay again long as the price permits.
