Very Comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. The hotel is quiet, very conveniently located to everything... shopping, food, entertainment. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We did not realize that we had to select what day to have our room cleaned, so we missed out on the weekly cleaning, but not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
No More Rooms Left I booked online at hotels.com at this hotel which I had stayed a few nights the previous week. I got to the hotel around 11 o'clock at night night only to be greeted by a rude janitor type staff member. He said there was only one late check in and it was not me. After showing my online confirmation, he rudely said call the company and walked away. Better than expected! Big rooms, exceptional price
O.K. for short stay on a budget The room was exactly like the picture, however, a picture cannot show everthing. Upon arrival the bathroom smelled, but the exhaust fan took care of it. Afew things were broken. The facing to one of the dresser drawers was hanging off preventing use of the lower drawer, one of the mirrored closet doors was off the track and couldn't be used, and the worst thing was the remote to the t.v. had no volume control! Great room for the money Only problem was the pillows, bring your own and everything else was great!
Excellent room for the price! Clean room with kitchenette. Excellent for families or longer stays.
