The room was disgusting, the halls were gross, it smelled terrible. There were stains on the walls and floor, there was a hole in the wall of our room. It was nasty.

Front desk did the best with what they had ive stayed in alot of placss all across the us but ive never honestly seen a single roach in a hotel motel or inn but i will say Fayetteville extended stay definitely has a few

Floors are sticky, roaches on the floors, walls, and in the bed. Tub look like maybe was cleaned by a guest a month ago. So gross I left and went to a Holiday Inn.

Cockroaches in my room. Dirty refrigerator. Toilet ran all night.

No front desk staff; bugs, shower handle did not work so no showers, toilet barely flushed, loud drilling sounds during the night and domestic situation going on with screaming and on doors all hours of the night with no front desk staff to call so must call police; keys would never work

I wouldn't know. My room was cancelled, due to overbooking, at 8:40pm on the day of alleged check in and I was charged a cancellation fee. Thankfully Expedia was able to find me a room at another property.

Seen many roaches .. bathroom shower rod was barely hanging onto the wall.

The front access door doesn’t work half the time. Attendant just said “yeah it does that “ matter of fact. And the first floor and elevators smelled terrible. TV had zero working channels

Plenty of roaches. Shower curtain rod was pulled down in the middle and the shower curtain wouldnt stay closed
