The heat in room 342 where we stay did not work but luckily it wasn't too bad of a climate change

Good for price The hotel is decent for the price. The bed was kind of small and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud.

Peaceful There for New Years. Visiting my kids. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the air/heater made a weird loud noise in the middle of the night, but nothing we couldn't get past. Barely heard any ambulance traffic and I thought I would being so close to the hospital. It's the only place I'll stay now when in Fayetteville

Nice clean place to stay We were looking for somewhere to stay unexpectedly and 1st place was a dump. This was close by and got an awesome rate. Outdoor room entry. Pleasant staff. Includes a full fridge with freezer. Stove top. Microwave and cabinets. Provide dishes and cookware for free and will wash them. Really cozy place. Only complaint is no room service for under 8 days. You have to take all your dirty stuff to the office for exchange. Could also here traffic outside a bit but otherwise great. I'd definitely go again.

Nice Hotel Close to Everything This was a very pleasant stay. My husband and I were in town to visit with family. We were pleased with the location and the condition of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Everything looked up to date. The room was plenty big for the both of us. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, sink. It was just like being at home.
